  • Being a curiosity approach setting , a home away from home is vital at Nest nursery where my duties included researching and providing authentic and open ended resources for children to use to enable them to experience the real adventures in their every day play.
  • As the nursery SENDco (Special educational needs coordinator) my duties consisted of supporting children with additional learning difficulties by putting plans in place to meet their own individual needs , leasing with guardians and professionals and supporting key persons in delivering exceptional provision to the children.
  • I conducted show arounds to prospective parents .which consisted of scheduling visits to the nursery , and giving each parent a tour of the environment and in depth explanations of all aspects on the nursery.
