The Fitness, Wellness, and Courts Director at Desert Horizons Owners Association will oversee all sporting activities and events. This position will coordinate Tennis, Bocce Ball, Pickleball Tournaments/Events, Wellness and Spa services, and Fitness competitions and Classes.

The position will requires focused participation and execution of all sporting and wellness responsibilities and duties. All responsibilities demand a commitment to the highest level of customer service for our members and guests, attention to detail and teamwork throughout the entire club operation.

The following areas report to the Director

• Fitness
• Wellness/Spa
• Aquatics
• Pickleball and Tennis
• Bocce

• Running weekly member games, tournaments and corporate golf events
• Instruction: Private lessons, weekly clinics and junior golf camps
• Assisting Director of Golf with staff management and day to day golf operations
• Coordinating Fitness classes, events, sessions and tracking
• Inventing new and innovative ways to create a fitness program with out a facility
• The current facility is under construction and we are with out a fitness facility for 2 years
• I used the pool areas throughout the community and set up a 'Community circuit walk'
• Each pool has fitness equipment and exercise video demonstrations.

• Provide personal training, manual stretch therapy, and golf specific fitness training for members
• Managed Front Desk attendant schedules and daily tasks
• I was able to team up with another TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) certified golf instructor to help develop the game for members by taking the 'team approach.'

• Managed all day-to-day golf operations including, opening and closing, supervising outside staff, inventory oversee, coordination of all golf leagues and outings, club repair, junior golf clinics, and individual lessons
• Doubled junior camp enrollment by altering marketing techniques to fit the audience, increasing demand for clinics and sales.
