Purchased Pro Design Dental Laboratory in January 2008 with the vision of producing the highest-quality dental restorations and achieving exceptional customer satisfaction. Built and led a team of technicians dedicated to technical excellence and collaborative work within the laboratory.

• Converted an analog dental laboratory to a fully automated digital workflow by investing in advanced technologies, significantly improving turnaround time for both dentists and patients.
• Over the past 15 years, developed and maintained strong relationships with dentists, consulting on treatment plans and providing technical problem-solving support for patient cases.
• Oversaw staff on CAD/CAM, milling, and 3D printing processes, including:
  Training staff on new CAD/CAM software
  Implementing and monitoring quality control standards
  Troubleshooting technical issues
  Conducting quality control of all crown and bridge digital designs
  Supporting complex full-arch, cosmetic, and implant cases

Recruited by Pro Design Dental Studio to assist in the fabrication of dental appliances. Within the first year, I was given additional responsibilities, including assisting with the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, communicating with dentists, and supervising technicians and lab staff. At the end of 2007, I was presented with the opportunity to purchase the laboratory.
