While doing so, also held the role of Police Liaison Officer and Intelligence Officer for many years. Often acted in management positions supervising other parole officers for extended periods.


Position involved risk assessment, risk management, offender supervision, crisis intervention, complex problem solving, high level interpersonal communication, interdisciplinary and interagency cooperation.
