2017- Incorporated my Real Estate business with the sole purpose of expanding opportunity and furthering my knowledge base for myself and my clients.

This included;

Property Management

Both long & short term rentals of condos and single family houses in and around Calgary.

Marketing the property for rental purposes, screening and qualifying of applicants, showing the property and securing leases, remaining the on going point of contact for tenant & landlord, resolving any disputes, arranging and completing any maintenance or work required, the turning over of tenants and the ongoing management duties.

Builder/Realtor Relationships

As a Realtor, the opportunity presented itself almost immediately to work with several home builders - from the acquisition of the land, to the design & permitting process, to the full build and eventual sale of the property - and by doing so has produced an all encompassing knowledge base and service that will undoubtedly enable me to better serve my clients and the public.

The Acquisition of Single & Multi-Family Dwellings;

In 2015 I flipped my first property. A successful one at that given the steep decline of oil. I managed the entire job and completed a lot of the work my self including the demo, kitchen cabinet install, hardwood floor refinishing and all landscaping. It was at this time that my trade relationships began and gave me the confidence to do more.

In 2019 I personally acquired an older duplex and converted it into a legal four-plex. Oversaw the management and construction of the legal suite conversion and City of Calgary permitting and registration. I Was a live in landlord and property manager and still am today.

In 2022 I purchased a building lot, obtained my builder's license and new home warranty, acquired the capital, designed & received approvals on a 6 unit new construction townhome development and am nearing 70% complete as of September 1, 2023.

Short and long term goals include the retention of these assets, the construction of future projects and the Realtor profession I started 14 years ago.

• Negotiated, facilitated, and managed real estate transactions.
• Advised clients on market conditions and property value for informed decision-making.
• Reviewed market research data and changed sales plans accordingly.
