Gracie Hartwick

As a Crew Trainer at McDonald's, I have learned amazing skills in customer service and public relations. I can work independently or as a team and I am accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment. Being a Crew Trainer comes with great responsibility and great leadership. My job is to set a proper example for new employees and train them efficiently to ensure the crew's safety as well as the customer's. It is important to have a worker who keeps a clean work environment and being employed with McDonald's has taught me about the importance of cleaning as you work for safety reasons. I am very coachable and I am always open to learning new things. I have acquired great problem solving skills and communication skills. My main focus is improving the team and providing help anywhere that is needed.
