Investigated the effects of various metal ion concentrations on p53 homolog Cep-1 in C. elegans using Western blot analysis and C. elegans with GFP tagged p21 genes. Identified potential carcinogenic metals by measuring the different levels of fluorescence for the various concentrations of metals.
