-Patient Load: 3-4 patients on days and evenings, 5 patients on nights

-Admission and Discharge

-Including best evidence pathways into nursing care such as ERAS or Hip Replacement Pathway

-Pain Management

-IV and oral medication administration

-PIV initiation

-Foley Management

-Giving and creating handover reports

-Working as a team member in care hubs

-Giving report to the Charge Nurse

-Working with the Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy Team

-Using EPIC and Connect Care

-Chemstrips

-Wound Care (ex: post-op dressings)

-Drain care

-Giving High Alert medication such as Insulin/Blood Thinners/Narcotics as per UNE scope

-assisted primary educators in child development activities

-helped children from infant to kindergarten age with day-to-day activities and routines
