As an Animal Care Expert, I greet every customer who comes in, answer their questions to the best of my abilities, and recommend products based on the information that has been given. The other part of the job is animal care, which involves feeding and giving water to all the animals in the store, cleaning their enclosures, and proper handling of the animals.

As a Team Member, I greeted and assisted customers, took their orders and prepared them in a timely manner, and dealt with the POS system and cash handling. Being a team member also meant working with co-workers well to create a fast-paced work environment and de-escalate customers and any problems that may arise.
