Grace Beilby

As a program aide at ESS, I was in charge of a grade of students over the summer. I had two other program aides to help me, and it was our job to make sure the kids were safe, but that they also had fun. We would take them on field trips, help them with school work or class projects and supervise them on the playground and at free time.

As a high school aide at ESS, I was not in charge of my own class. I would assist a program aide when they were watching their class during the school year. I would help the kids with homework, help supervise during playground time/free time, and would walk up the smaller kids to the front building where their parents picked them up.
