I am an administrator seeking to transition to A person support workers positions. I am passionate about providing quality tasks associated with providing personalized support care including helping with activities of daily living, providing companionship and helping with daily mobility. I have indigenous and proven experience in building relationships with clients and their families while demonstrating respect, dignity and compassion.
I was responsible for handling communication, building relations with students and professors, ensuring that teaching and learning is conducted physically and online in smooth and effective matter. During my tenure, 80% of the enrolled masters student graduated with their degrees and there was good interpersonal relations between professors and students.
I undertook the duties of communicating, handling correspondence and capacity building for partners in the East African region. During my tenure, their was timely submission of quarterly reports, improved documentation of project activities and increased outreach to children ar risk by 70%

As an administrator, i manage daily operations, support staff and ensure compliance with policies. I help with strategic planning and communication. My key tasks have involved; scheduling; that is managing appointments, meetings, scheduling for seminars and room meetings. Handling correspondence; emails, phone calls and other correspondence. Data entry; inputting data in the system, file management; keep track of receipts, invoices and check files. ensure that the department has all the necessary office supplies and maintain all the equipment in the department. Other duties have involved providing resources, resolve issues, facilitate communication and assist with any other administrative duties.
