Summary

Offshore Installation Manager with over 23 years of experience maintaining seamless business operations. Smoothly administers budgets, trains staff and monitors procedures to maximize efficiency and balance objectives with operational requirements.

The Hibernia Platform is located off the east coast of Canada in very extreme climate. The platform had an average of 250 POB. Peak production rate reached 235K BPD with gas and water injection facilities. Two drilling rigs drilled 84 wells, most were highly deviated.

I completed an OPITO standard Major Emergency Management (MEM) training session in Montrose , Scotland. Completed the assessment and also two re-assessments at 5 year intervals. Led the offshore emergency team as Fire Team Lead, On Scene Commander and also Emergency Response Team Leader.

Developed a 3 day training session for an electronic Control of Work system for Hibernia. Approximately 600 persons were trained and the system successfully implemented on schedule and on budget.

Adriatic LNG located off the east cost of Italy is a regassification Terminal utilizing LNG from Middle East. The Terminal average POB is 80. Most equipment issues related to cryogenic temperatures.

  • Remained calm and professional in stressful circumstances and effectively diffused tense situations. Was the emergency team leader onboard. Conducted weekly emergency drills that involved all persons onboard.
  • Held regular one-on-one meetings with Team Leaders to review performance and priorities and provide feedback. Reviewed and approved Team Leader employee performance evaluations.
