An organic Japanese matcha e-commerce company focused on normalizing matcha tea powder as a standard household product in the US & Canada.

  • Developed the brand from conception to acquisition at which point Miaroo was in the top 1% of stores in the tea category on Shopify
  • Built an Affiliate / Influencer network of over 60 influencers for a total reach of over 5M people through Instagram and Facebook
  • Negotiated the partial acquisition of Miaroo with a brand aggregator to reduce infrastructure costs & scale marketing in early 2022

A farm-to-door delivery business launched by a local farmer and a local restaurant owner in Palm Springs in partnership with local vendors and farms in the region.


  • Reduced the operating costs by over 20% through the implementation of process and marketing automations, POS migration to Shopify, automation of driver correspondence, and optimization of customer portal
  • Wrote, directed and produced Facebook & IG ads and marketing content which resulted in a 3.24 ROAS
  • Managed media buying, email marketing, organic content, and local marketing operations of CV Harvest
  • Developed the marketing strategy and expansion plan of CV Harvest into the Greater Los Angeles City Area

  • Led a team of 50 marketing and sales team members to create over 5.24 ROAS on average across evergreen webinar, live virtual event, and digital products e-commerce sales funnels
  • Managed back-to-back branding campaigns and event marketing under demanding timelines & challenging marketing KPIs
  • Proposed a risky event-stacking strategy which took heavy upfront investment, but successfully doubled the company’s revenue within 10 months.
  • Wrote the copy for some of our top performing emails, sales pages, landing pages, and ad scripts.
