- Manage readiness to operate activities and provide assurance for projects and turnarounds in line with the operations readiness and assurance standards/processes to ensure compliance to safety, quality, operability, asset integrity requirements and flawless start-up as well as maximizing lifecycle value of assets.
- Establish, implement and manage Operations Readiness and Assurance process, incorporating flawless project delivery (FPD) and commissioning and start-up (CSU) principles to mega plant projects and turnaround maintenance organization ensuring standardization in projects and turnarounds flawless start-up and steady state operations.
- Ensure Situational Awareness and Compliance to PTW System with an in depth understanding of PtW, safe isolation and LOTO work processes, process safety fundamentals and appreciation for overall job execution workflow.
- Screen and authorize as an AFPS, permits in all NLNG plant areas including the risk assessment and mitigation plan, isolation and LOTO plan and ensure that controls are in line with the PtW manual, local regulations and HSSE Control framework.
- Lead the implementation of hazards and operability (HAZOP) studies, isolation reviews and pre-start-up safety audits, Punch list, PSSR for new projects and turnaround activities to ensure a statement of fitness can be assured prior to plant start-ups.
- Drive the closure of punch list actions to provide assurance prior to start-ups and endorse MCC's and PCC's.
