● Spearheaded the implementation of Korba, payment platform that won the prestigious Fintech Solution of the Year 2023 award in Ghana. The initiative improved financial inclusion and provided a hassle-free payment platform for users, particularly the unbanked.

● Expanded the company's business territory through the development of pitch decks and solicitation of partnerships in Liberia and Ethiopia, resulting in a projected million-dollar increase in revenue by December 2024.

Ghana’s largest State-owned investment bank, with staff strength of over 1500 employees. Directly reported to the GM (VP) Technology, led a PMO team of 4 individuals to successfully manage complex projects with teams of 50+ on average, including external consultants. Responsible for coordinating the development of an entrepreneur solution suit being built
