- Worked in collaboration with Ontario Ministry of Health (MOH) to mitigate staffing shortages in Long Term Care (LTC) facilities due to Covid-19 pandemic; phone screening applicants to be deployed at various LTCs in Toronto and Ottawa; providing information to candidates on next steps for deployment
- Led Ontario Public Service (OPS) Finance Community and Hydro One Engineering Post-Secondary end-to-end high-volume student recruitment processes to hire 70+ co-ops for OPS Ministries and Hydro One business units
- Coordinated in-person, Webex, Phone panel interviews with +50 hiring managers, +200 students from +20 universities and colleges across Canada per co-op season for client co-op programs
- Provided quality assurance services to OPS Resume Screening Program; training and coaching internal resources on various methods of applicant screening; ensuring consistency and compliance with OPS barrier-free recruitment guidelines and directives
- Created Quarterly Business Reviews and provided strategic advice to stakeholders for process improvements
- Partnered with hiring managers, held calibration meetings and created talent pipelines using various sourcing, screening and selection methods
