Formed different styles of fastener nuts such as deep counterbore , angle base, radius base and Square parts. Pressed and lined up die inserts using comparator. Lined up die punches using red dykem and mirror to secure a good line up. Set and adjusted cutter and quill as well as fingers . Set and adjusted correct feed rolls.

• Independently setup and operate Cincinnati Centerless grinders to grind 12 foot bars that range from materials such as A-286 , Inconnel and Ph-13. Hold tight and consistent tolerances from .0005. Mount and dress regulating and grind wheels. Set correct blade and blade height to ensure proper concentricity.

• Independently setup and operate Cincinatti Centerless grinder (hand). Grind fasteners to blue print specifications that range from different materials such as A286, Inconnel, Ph-13. Hold tight tolerance .0005 using Mahr Gauges. Mount and dress regulating and grind wheels . Form radius manually on grind wheel to specific call out on print . Utilize metrology such as micrometers, calipers and comparators.
