1. Report to ownership on project status, assist with day to day challenges on multiple projects (average 6-9 simultaneously).

2. Assist ownership with job cost management factoring in project status, manpower requirements/quality , ratios (Journeyperson to Apprentice) and efficiency.

3. Quality Control and ESA code compliance along with consultant and utility requirements. 4. Oversee and manage company growth from 120 to 220 employees over a 12 month period to ensure project demands are being met.

5. Create manpower Excel spreadsheets to assist with monitoring manpower allocation and ratios.

6. Continuously support Foreman with everyday challenges ranging from technical advice, efficiency recommendations, employee and client challenges, safety policy implantation, enforcement and compliance and sometimes disciplinary actions.

1. Foreman on multiple High Rise residential cast in place concrete buildings.

2. Review Electrical prints along with other disciplines and create and implement drawings /layouts.

3. Assist with value engineering of Distribution, Fire Alarm , lighting controls.

4. Achieved multiple occupancies.

5. Performed generator swap in occupied hotel establishment.

6. Ran multiple projects simultaneously successfully.

7. Mentored several lead hands, apprentices and Journeyperson.

8. Setup temporary power on others sites and built several temporary power containers.

1. Takeover high rise residential (precast/coreslab) project from another electrical contractor who was removed due to non performance after occupancy.

2. Assist another Foreman with occupancy on another (precast/cast in place) project, aggressive schedule and challenges with distribution deliveries.

3. Setup temporary power for new and existing projects.

4. High Rise Residential - new construction Cast in place building. Review electrical prints, create slab drawings, electrical, mechanical and generator room layouts. Plan, organize and implement slab drawings/layouts to be cast in concrete.

Organize manpower, delegate tasks, order and forecast materials, communicate and collaborate with Project Managers for equipment deliveries and releases.

Work with Project Managers, Constructors and Consultants on issuing RFI’s and solutions to everyday challenges.

Electrical Construction and Maintenance.

- High Rise Residential - cast in concrete electrical, pulling wire and feeders, suite and common area rough in, pulling and installing Fire Alarm, controls.

- Commercial - small tenant jobs, renovations

- Distribution- moving and assembling high voltage transformers, switchgear, switchboards, capacitor banks, generators. Pulled feeders, high voltage cabling utilizing various setups and methods.

- Fire Alarm - pull, install device and troubleshoot new and existing systems

- Institutional - mass transit stations and yards worked with rigid piping, pulling feeders, rail cables, VFD cables.

- Service work - go to existing building to address technical audit items, troubleshoot issues with electrical, Fire Alarm, distribution.

Deal with property managers and building owners.
