• Assess patient’s health status, including physical, emotional, and mental needs.
• Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Assesses plans, organizes and provides nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with the HCP instructions; makes preliminary observations and prepares patients for medical treatment.
• Assists HCP in performing medical examinations, diagnostic test, treatments and other formalities.
• Administers prescribed treatments and medications as ordered.
• Provide basic nursing care, which will include performing, and assisting with routine office procedures. Able to work independently in providing safe, accurate, and clinically competent care to patients.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions to medications and treatment.
• Maintaining strict aseptic technique, NG tube feeding, blood sugar monitoring, Catheterization, Catheter care and Catheter irrigation.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs.
