• Assessed patient condition and notify the HCP of clinical changes.

• Collected specimens such as blood, sputum, stool and urine, order and record laboratory results.
• Provided oxygen therapy and secretion suctions as needed.
• Monitored any untoward reactions of patient and report to the HCP.
• Educated patients and their families on health care needs.
• Provided assistance to Nursing Manager in the supervision of staff nurses.
• Maintained patient charts and confidential files.
• Participates in ongoing education / in servicing, attended meetings & read communication books.
• Applies infection control policy at all times.

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with CRNA
• Dedicated Registered Nurse with 9+ years of nursing experience, background in medical & surgical units.
• Current BLS Certification
• Current registration as Registered Nurse in Karnataka nursing council. (Registration # 100143)
• Experience in a Longterm Care & Senior Independent homes as Healthcare aide in Edmonton.
• Demonstrated ability to competently assess patients, intervene appropriately and evaluate outcomes.
• Utilized excellent judgment and strong problem solving/analytical skills to develop competent nursing practices
