  • Accountability for all areas of operation, training, quality, safety, business transformation (change management), process efficiencies and improvements, accreditation, and all aspects of human resources across the organization
  • Lead the organization wide design implementation of integrated IT Workforce Management and Payroll system
  • Lead the improvement of systems, processes, information flow, reporting and policies and ensure compliance with CARF accreditation standards
  • Develop and implement long and short-term strategies, plans and operational budgets
  • Organizational strategy and visioning and tactical roll-out organizationally - including integration
