  • Manage payroll using ADP Workforce Now for approximately 200 salaried employees nationwide.
  • Holds primary responsibility and serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and requests pertaining to payroll, benefits, and health spending accounts.
  • Performs the benefits administration for all employees. Processes benefit plan enrollments, changes, terminations, Short Term Disability Claims, Long Term Disability Claims, etc.
  • Conducts monthly Benefits Informational Sessions for New Hires.
  • Updates current payroll processes for more efficiency.
  • Performs primary tasks and collaborates with ADP to process Year End Payroll and T4s.
  • Collects, analyzes, updates, and reconciles payroll and timekeeping data on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.

  • Supports and contributes to 2024/2025 project – upgrade in new payroll system. Performing the trial and temporary processes for new payroll system integration. Directly coordinating and cooperating with vendor for successful integration.
  • Project manage the ongoing integration of the new payroll system, meeting weekly with ADP to work on any system issues or requesting updates to the current system setup to increase efficiency.
  • Works directly with vendors to research and analyze discrepancies and process appropriate corrections.
  • Upon request, research and compiles payroll items and inquires related to tax agencies, employee requests, and finance or audit requests.
  • Delivers high quality, timely and accurate regular and ad hoc HR data reporting and analytics internally to include salary, benefit premiums, bonus accruals, etc.
