· Manage payroll using ADP Workforce Now for approximately 200 salaried employees.
· Holds primary responsibility and serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and requests pertaining to payroll, benefits, and health spending accounts.
· Collects, analyzes, updates, and reconciles payroll and timekeeping data on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.
· Reviews timesheets for days/hours worked, calculates and records salary items and adjustments as necessary, and ensures the accuracy of payroll information for vendor input.
· Performs the benefits administration for all employees. Processes benefit plan enrollments and changes.
· Conducts monthly Benefits Informational Sessions for New Hires.
· Works directly with vendors to research and analyze discrepancies and process appropriate corrections.
· Upon request, research and compiles payroll items and inquires related to tax agencies, employee requests, and finance or audit requests.
· Maintains a variety of HR metrics/reports that may have compilation complexity as required to support effective performance tracking.
· Delivers high quality, timely and accurate regular and ad hoc HR data reporting and analytics internally to include salary, benefit premiums, bonus accruals, etc.
· Supports and contributes to 2024/2025 project – upgrade in new payroll system. Performing the trial and temporary processes for new payroll system integration. Directly coordinating and cooperating with vendor for successful integration.
· Direct backup for management of HCCA Vehicle Program.
