I am seeking a position where my experience in composite fabrication and lay up promotes the objectives of a Composites Manufacturing Organization. I am a safety- conscious worker who can handle a variety of daily tasks. I am certain I can make a positive contribution to your company. I am a team captain for Orca and INK programs. I am training all new employees. I am also a QC quality control for the composite clean room. I teach all the new employees all the spec's in our engineering prints and work instructions. I teach the new employees how to follow our travelers to never skip operations. I can layup on all molds/tools with pretty much all the prepreg materials. I made composite molds to layup parts. I worked in the autoclave department loading and unloading parts. I also de-tooled and released our molds. I have 17years in Composites Large and Small Lamination parts. I am Proficient in all aspects of composites, clean room conduct, materials and procedures. An experience self- starter interested in fulfilling/ adapting to new and challenging tasks. Training in FOD Awareness, ITAR, Industrial Ergonomics, Injury and Illness Prevention, Composite Clean Room Protocol, Respiratory Protection Medical Requirements, Health and Safety Fundamentals, Lean Manufacturing, I also achieved a two day seminar Excelling as a Team Leader.
