Gia Spataro

As of January 7th 2026, I will be a creative director at my school, we are expecting an upcoming musical, available to grades 5-7. In this program, we are working on increasing students creative abilities, confidence, as well as their teamwork with one another. More things that will be established are:

• Developing engaging art curriculums, enhancing student creativity and expression.
• Collaboration with faculty to integrate arts across various subjects, fostering interdisciplinary learning.
• Implementing assessment tools to measure student progress in creative skills, ensuring consistent learning outcomes.

• Mentored junior students in Taekwondo techniques, fostering skill development and confidence.
• Improved staffing during busy periods by helping on packed periods
• Launched quality assurance practices for each phase of development
• Conducted evaluations of student progress, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

In 2025, my school put on the production of "Finding Nemo JR" , and i was asked to be an assistant director, helping the workers manage the children, design sets + props, and finding technicians to bring the show to life. More skills i have earned in this field are:

• Collaborated with senior leadership to establish long-term business strategies and objectives.
• Developed high-performing teams by providing mentorship, guidance, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Directed strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and streamline operations.
