- I managed several mills during my time with this company. Anywhere that needed a culture change. I dealt with the day-to-day operations of each of these mills. Oversaw an average of 40 employees. Set goals and provided training for all. Worked closely with Purchasing, Customer Service and Sales Teams. The group goal being to make the most effective product at the best cost savings. Had a sales growth of 100% during my 4.5 years in Sherwood Park. Commercial bulk sales went from 81,800 tonnes per year to 145,400 tonnes per year. Warehouse bag sales went from 18,200 tonnes per year to 54,600 tonnes per year. Sherwood Park was my biggest success, but I was involved in many projects with each mill and was able to grow the business in each facility I had the privilege of managing.

- I worked closely with my Production Manager. My job was to supervise, coordinate production and to dispatch our trucking fleet. Worked with Maintenance to ensure projects were done without affecting our daily production goals. We had a 6 day per week/24 hour per day operation that could not have much down time. I was also the HACCP coordinator, reviewing documents and making sure everyone was following the proper SOP's.
