I am currently seconded into the role of Team Lead, Administrative Services and find it exciting, fulfilling and challenging. I am thrilled at the opportunity to continue to grow within the University of Alberta that I love and have worked at for 10 years. As the Interim Team Lead, Administrative Services with Facilities and Operations, I have been responsible for the oversight of 15 staff, performance development and reviews, regular check ins with the team and the units they support, hiring and onboarding new staff, off boarding departing staff, problem solving, conflict resolution. During my time at the University, I have established contacts and relationships across campus and enjoy learning about other unit’s processes and operations. In my previous role as the Records Analyst, I developed informal leadership skills as I directed the work of the records technician.
