• I was in construction prior to the farming industry for roughly 6-7 years, doing framing houses/roofing/interiors/exteriors.

I started at Provista back in 2018 where i was hired under the Randolph washbay. My jobs included Garbage pickup/deadstock pickup with a tandem truck and bring them to winnipeg to the recycling plant and grass cutting with a brushmower/snow clearing at all the pig barn sites that they owned. Other jobs included some maintenance on the machinery that we used and also washbay maintenance and sometimes maintenance in the barn as well as washing livestock trailer and moving them in and out of the washbay and into another bay. and also some field clean up with skidsteer/10Ton excavator. In 2020 Hylife bought all the barns from Provista and the job i was doing was no longer available because Hylife has contractors for all those types of jobs and i moved into the barn as a swine tech for several months and then becoming a assistant manager and later a manager of the site.
