I worked for Keates Giessler pipe organs in Acton Ontario for 6 years. Building pipe organs for churches we built all the wood componets in house and assembled the entire organ for testing.then dissasembled and packed for shipping.Then we travelled all over Canada & the USA to install the organ in the churches. After that I went into partnership with my brother doing home renovations & building houses from the ground up.After that I joinned Con Cast Pipe in 1994. I started in tip out removing product from the building finishing it outside then yarding.I was a natural for repairing damaged product so then took a position as lead hand of structural repair department for 15 years.I was sent to job sites to do repairs and any rework required insatlling saftey landing ladders even pre benching on site.Over my thirty years service I tried several different jobs. I worked in the steel shop welding matts and box cages.I worked in the fittings department mortering pipe tees coring holes installing PVC etc.I worked in the steel shop cutting & bending rebar. I worked in the pouring crew at wet cast for two years running the crane with the concrete bucket & did a lot of form set up work.I worked at coring doing traditional pre benching & re work installing steps & saftey landings etc.I worked in all the different kilns doing the set up for pouring & doing the finishing & stecilling of product.I am currently the senior receiver forklift operator KanBan organizer & inventory specialist for 7 years.
