- Stepped into the role of System Architect for the MyGCPay service of the PSPC.
- Provided technical expertise in supporting the current implementation of MYGCPay service which resided in on-premises hosted environment in LINUX.
- Tasked with overseeing the transition of the service from Linux based on site hosted environment into Azure cloud environment.
- Worked with the Azure hosting team into developing an ecosystem that can support the functionality of the MYGCPay service when it moves to Azure, including definition of all Azure services that will be needed and the establishing of all flows to external data and authorization providing services that are part of the overall PSPC ecosystem.
- Worked on creating specifications for Power Platform custom connectors for transferring data from log files into SQL Databases for access by Power BI clients.
- Designed Power Automate flows for sending email notifications when abnormal conditions occurred in the app environment, such as interruption of the connection to external APIs, based on Web App logs stored in a Storage Account.
- Worked on creating all the required documentation required for reviews by the architecture, security and transitional authorities regarding the transition to Azure cloud environment.
- Worked on strategy and implementation of upgrading the current hosting implementation of MyGCPay in on site Linux environment’s monitoring and notification capabilities involving Bash Scripting, so the team can be duly notified when there are service interruptions or problems.
