• As part of my Job, I was responsible for the Equipment and Bins sales of the business. This required being able to locate various pieces of equipment, identify various parts and locate replacement pieces when customers needed them.
• I was responsible to help customers to plan their crop inputs from Seed, Fertilizer needs, In crop protection and Harvest assistance needs.
• I was responsible to create Fertilizer blends based on Customers needs. I was responsible to run the Blender to create those blends for customers.
• I ran the Tractor and Auger unit used to Fill the Fertilizer bins.
• I hold my Bulk Seed Handling Certificate and was responsible for the handling, sampling and record keeping for the bulk seed at our Eyebrow and later on the Central Butte locations.
• I Curently hold a Pesticide Dispenser License Good to April 2029.

• Started Farming out of University in 1984. Stayed at it till 1989 when I moved to Fairview AB to become a grain buyer with Cargill. I still assisted when possible with the harvest in 1990 and maintained a stake in the Family Farm. When my Father injured his back I returned in 1991 to help with the Operation of the Family Farm.
• Maintained and repaired various farming equipment. This required being able to look up various parts in the manuals of the equipment we operated and locate from various Equipment Dealerships. It also required being able to replace and install the parts when I was capable of doing so.
• Enforced proper storage of crops, fertilizers and materials used in agricultural production.
• Selected and purchased supplies and equipment such as seed, farm machinery, and livestock.
• Improved overall farm efficiency with the adoption of modern agricultural technology and equipment.
• Ensured timely planting and harvesting schedules for maximum productivity and minimal waste.

At the Time I was training to become a Grain Buyer with Cargill but after just over a year my Father injured his back and I left the profession to return to the Family Farm full time.
