Hey there! So, my journey in the business world started in high school, where I jumped into the deep end as a customer service clerk working evenings and weekends in a bank. It was all about balancing work and funding my university education. This was also when I got hooked on how processes, technology, and people can be leveraged to revolutionize how we do business. From there, I've been on a wild ride of addressing significant business problems and enterprise transformations by addressing people, processes, and technology challenges.

I've travelled the world, dabbled in foreign cultures, and developed some language skills. All these experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded transformation professional with expertise in business architecture, operations, sales, security, program management, and cutting-edge IT strategies and technologies. And let me tell you, it's been a journey.

One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a digital transformation for an international banking group spread across 20+ countries and dealing with three languages. We're talking about a massive budget, a team of over 200 professionals, and some serious project management skills. I spearheaded the business process design, vendor engagement, and project management, integrating innovative applications for retail lending, teller functions, and transaction control. It was a wild ride, but we pulled it off, and it was a game-changer for the company.

To top it off, I've also dabbled in the world of startups, collaborating with integration providers and offering strategic insights to top executives. I've been the driving force behind programs that have amped up IT credibility, established robust architecture, and embraced agile principles to keep us ahead of the game.
