One of my proudest accomplishments was leading a digital transformation for an international banking group spread across 20+ countries and dealing with three languages. We're talking about a massive budget, a team of over 200 professionals, and some serious project management skills. I spearheaded the business process design, vendor engagement, and project management, integrating innovative applications for retail lending, teller functions, and transaction control. It was a wild ride, but we pulled it off, and it was a game-changer for the company.
