Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine (SMFM) Resident Award of Excellence 06/2022 

The SMFM award is given to one resident per year for excellence in Maternal Fetal Medicine, voted on by division faculty. 


CAPE (County Advocate for the Pursuit of Excellence) 06/2021

Our residency program provides a platform to acknowledge colleagues on hard work, professionalism, and patient care through anonymous submissions to the department. CAPE is awarded to one resident from each year who receives the most submissions on their behalf.


Infectious Disease Research Grant 06/2017

Was awarded up to $5000 under the Infectious Disease Research Grant through UC Irvine School of Medicine, which was used for ultrasound research in Panama.
