At DSN Chemical Transportation (subsidiary business of Cornerstone Logistics, a business unit within TFI International) I managed the entire OTR & liquid bulk business at an approximate value of $8M in revenue with margin contributions of 35% for LTL, 17% TL and 15% Liquid Bulk respectively. From 2020 through 2024 my revenue generation increased year over year, as did my margin contribution both in percentage and dollars. The personal book of business that I managed included a diverse portfolio of materials such as: precursors, poisons, hazardous, non hazardous, high value cargo, food grade product and packaging. Additional duties included managing a team of dispatchers, carrier relations, service managers, and account managers for the business. Trained staff and new hires on best practices strategies in sales/transportation/logistics. Mentored staff on understanding the company's customer base, rules & regulations in the industry and how collectively we could maximize our revenue & margin contribution at DSN Chemical Transportation.

This role was the second brokerage business unit that I opened and operated within a TFI International company. This brokerage business included: Gorski Bulk Transport, Contrans Woodstock, Contrans Vrac, Kingsway Bulk, Toronto Tank Lines, and BTC Bulk.

  • Represented Gorski Bulk Transport as a specialized carrier to all clients associated with the Mississauga, ON terminal. Business footprint included lanes intra Canada, USA-CA cross border, intra USA and direct to Mexico shipments.
  • Directly responsible for the management and growth of 10M in revenue generation of server's crown and Fortune 500 clients; or 25% of overall company revenue

Drawing directly for my experience as a terminal supervisor, expanded this role to be the Outside Sales Representative for GTHA liquid bulk business. I developed and strengthen business relationships with new and existing clients of Gorski Bulk Transport. These included major refineries, steel smelters, personal care manufacturers, wineries and chemical manufacturers. Consistently saw growth from these accounts that exceeded both inflation and internal sales targets.

Primary point of contact for the Mississauga terminal for Gorski Bulk Transport. This terminal supported 25%+ of total revenue contribution. Worked with a core group of drivers assigned to the terminal, as well as drivers from the Oldcastle, Montreal and Detroit terminals.


Responsible for marking and prospecting portion of the sales cycle, reaching out to over 3000 unique businesses and their contacts, maintaining accurate records. This process included creating brand & industry specific marketing materials, preliminary calls, presentations, quotes and site visits.
