From 2020 through 2024 my revenue generation increased year over year, as did my margin contribution both in percentage and dollars. The personal book of business that I managed included a diverse portfolio of materials such as: precursors, poisons, hazardous, non hazardous, high value cargo, food grade product and packaging. Additional duties included managing a team of dispatchers, carrier relations, service managers, and account managers for the business. Drawing directly for my experience as a terminal supervisor, expanded this role to be the Outside Sales Representative for GTHA liquid bulk business. I developed and strengthen business relationships with new and existing clients of Gorski Bulk Transport. These included major refineries, steel smelters, personal care manufacturers, wineries and chemical manufacturers. Consistently saw growth from these accounts that exceeded both inflation and internal sales targets.
Primary point of contact for the Mississauga terminal for Gorski Bulk Transport. This terminal supported 25%+ of total revenue contribution. Worked with a core group of drivers assigned to the terminal, as well as drivers from the Oldcastle, Montreal and Detroit terminals.
Responsible for marking and prospecting portion of the sales cycle, reaching out to over 3000 unique businesses and their contacts, maintaining accurate records. This process included creating brand & industry specific marketing materials, preliminary calls, presentations, quotes and site visits.
