

As a professional chef, I have had over 25 years of experience working in different aspects of professional cooking. I worked in off site catering for over 20 years. I became highly organized and efficient with prep, cleanliness, managing staff and preparing all manner of high quality dishes.
While working at Chez Cherie Cooking School I helped with regularly scheduled classes and was an assistant teacher. I worked as a teacher during team buildings and special events. We did all kinds of classes from handmade pasta and tamales to classic French foods. I enjoy helping people learn how to cook and love to see how excited they get when they master a new technique or recipe.
~Help prepare appetizers, salads, main entrees and desserts.
~Set up and decorate buffet tables, drink stations and serving platters.
~Prep before large events
~Help Chef to set up work stations, aprons, tables, equipment . Help prep recipes for weekly classes, team building and special events.
~Assist during class with serving samples.
~Teach recipes during team building and special events.
~Clean and organize after class and events.
