- Reduced the number of complaints per stay by 95%
- Liaised with insurance brokers to ensure the entirety of the property portfolio was covered for the appropriate risk
- Led the team tasked with the creation of a public, free, and accessible vaccination center and held numerous informative sessions coached by prominent doctors in Barbados aimed at incentivizing higher vaccination intake – this led to a cumulative vaccination increase of 562 people
