Just a few personal notes , i am 62 years old and reasonably fit, i feel like i have at least another 5-7 years or more of active work life to contribute yet and have always enjoyed both the challenge and the Comadre of the Jobsite, i feel both my experience and skills would be a benefit to not only the firm i work with but the younger staff as well , to mentor workers keen on learning is something i enjoy very much.

Even though i have been out of the construction industry for quite a while i have remained engaged with the trends , i completed our last home in Ontario in 2020 , i did the design myself learning how to use a Cad program for the first time in the process . I not only managed the construction but also did the trim paint and hardwood flooring . The previous home i built was in 2017.

In addition to building my last seven homes i was a realtor for several smaller home builders , my unique skill set was mutually beneficial

I started my working life as a young lad helping my father in the Masonry Business , something my brother and i took over in the 80's, from there we went into general contracting and i worked primarily as a super always on site , my skill set grew with the size of the jobs i did . I left the construction industry to pursue a Real estate Career (Something that always interested me)

My wife and I moved to BC from Ontario to be closer to our daughter in 2021 (we have only one child) and also to be closer to my wife's Family.

I did move my realtor License to BC but frankly i am not as busy as i would prefer , i am excited about the prospect of working as a super again because i think i am well suited to the unique skill set it takes to Manage not only the Job but to navigate with skill the dynamics of all the different relationships , be they employees ,subcontractors , owners or engineers.
