JOB DUTIES

• Provide client with ADL'S- i.e. Bathing, dressing, grooming, mouth care,

skin care, feeding, ambulation, bladder and bowel routines.

• Maintaining a clean, safe and orderly environment for the clients
• Ensures dignity, independent, choice, privacy and safety of the clients
• Helping with medication and medication reminders
• Reports any physical and psychological changes of the clients to the nurse
• Ensures the care plans is follow accordingly
• Helping with mobility issues
• Monitoring residents for signs of illness or injury
• Answering call signals
• Transferring residents from bed to wheelchairs and vise visa with the help of lift equipment
• Documenting residents care on the POC

• Study the material lists of the work orders
• Prepare the parts to be assembled
• Assemble based on the computer system instructions
• Use appropriate tools
• Ensure that the work perform meets quality standards
• Inform the supervisor of any problems encountered during the work
• Perform other related duties

• Assembling and checking product on production lines
• Ensure the product is of specified quality
• Monitor the production process
• Maintain work areas and equipment's
• Communicate to the supervisor of any bad products
• Make use of the lifting equipment such as pallet jacks
