Performing daily tasks such as picking, packing and receiving inventory to ensure customer orders are being processed and shipped out in a timely manner.
Managed onsite inventory through the means of receiving inventory delivered by the vendor and resolving PO discrepancies with onsite vendor team. Maintained the Quality of the onsite inventory by performing Cycle Counts and Inventory Adjustments to prevent miss-picks and/or order cancellations that could impact operation DEA (Delivery Estimate Accuracy).
Assisted in the Outbound process by performing an array of tasks such as checking in/out trailers, managing staff, using SSP, and escalating/resolving barriers associated with late or no-show carrier pickups.
Trained on both the EPJ and Clamp PIT. Perform daily PIT inspection and adhere to all PIT safety guidelines
