-Operating Hydraulic Breakout to assemble, torque and teardown Downhole Drilling motors

-Logging torque specs with computer

-Basic machine maintenance - checking and filling Hydraulic fluid, greasing joints.

-Applying thread locker to connections at assembly and heating connections with Oxy-Acetylene torch to disassemble

-Working at work bench to ready components for assembly and torquing

-Fixing threads with air Die-grinder, files or Hand taps.

-Using torque wrench to install grub screws

-Using digital level to check bend angle of motors

-Using various hand and power tools

-Filling components with grease and oil

-Daily use of overhead cranes, jib cranes and forklifts

-Training new employees on all of the above

-General Earthworks Labour - Shooting grade with laser level, shoveling, raking, assisting with machine maintenance

-Some Skid Steer Operating

-Demolition Labour - using hammers, drills, prybars, reciprocating saw, Hilti electric hammer

-Working with plumbers and electricians in digging trenches for utilities

-Paving labour and equipment operating

Snow Removal

-Organizing and leading crews on daily routes

-Using snow shovels, Blowpacks and walk-behind brooms and snow throwers to clear sidewalks

-Basic daily truck maintenance, checking tire pressures, oil, coolant

-Clearing parking lots with Skid Steer

-Basic maintenance on Skid Steer, checking hydraulic oil and engine oil, greasing joints, cleaning air filter

-Loading, unloading and moving Skid Steer between worksites

-Spreading Gravel on parking lots with pickup truck hopper

Landscaping/Lawn Maintenance

-Operating and maintaining lawn equipment (ride-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, line trimmers

-Using Skid Steer and hand tools to complete landscaping jobs

-Organizing and leading crew for the day's tasks

-Stocking floor and backroom inventory

-Looking up parts on computer and retrieving from the back room

-filling and charging small and automotive batteries

-assisting customers in finding the necessary component for their repair
