Summary

I am looking to expand my role as a Logistics Manager with a company that understands the need to have the right people and processes in place. My years of experience in warehouse management, plus my technical computer background, make me well suited to working with a company at the cutting edge of the business.

I believe that the tone of the business is set from the top down and expect high but achievable standards from myself and those I work with, fostering a culture of success, continual improvement and open communication. I am a process driven manager, understanding that well defined goals and well defined processes are the roadmap to repeatable success.

Having been self employed for many years has taught me the importance of considering the dollar value of every decision and understanding the need to make strategic decisions based on the defined short- and long-term goals of the business. I frequently work to competing deadlines and rapidly changing customer demands and can coordinate large groups of people on multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
