-Lead and supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to security protocols.
-Develop and implement security procedures, guidelines, and protocols to safeguard the mall and its occupants.
-Respond to and manage security incidents, document events, and generate reports for future reference.
-Collaborate with mall management, retailers to address security needs, coordinate events, and enhance overall mall security.
-Identify potential security risks, suggest improvements to security measures, and contribute to the development of security plans for the mall.
-Ensuring that all security events are logged, documented, and reported using standard procedure and training new staff on policies and procedures for crisis response, disaster recovery, evacuation, workplace violence, and other emergency events.

-Managing crowds during peak times and events.
-Enforcing access control policies.
Responding to emergencies promptly.
-Enforcing the TPA and conducting arrests.

-Using verbal de-escalation techniques to manage conflicts
-Assisting with restraining individuals who pose a safety risk
-Handle and de-escalate high-stress situations and neutralize threats. Being a part of the front-line defense of a hospital and call for backup when needed by radioing other officers or calling the police.

• Recorded incident reports with detailed accounts of occurrences.
• Maintained situational awareness through continuous monitoring of potential threats and vulnerabilities in the environment.
• Contacting emergency services like firefighters, law enforcement officers, and medical help when needed and providing first aid services during emergencies.
• Ensures protection from intruders, fire hazards, theft, and vandalism.
• Expected to conduct arrests and remove trespassers.
