- Led Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) testing, including MyBMW/MINI app testing, in-vehicle testing, integration testing, and regression testing, contributing to the launch of BMW Digital Premium, MINI Connected Plus, and several other features on the BMW and MINI Connected portal(s).
- Documented test reports, led defect management using JIRA for prompt fixes, and collaborated closely with BMW of North America and BMW AG for debugging and validation.
- Aligned with project managers on potential showstoppers in sprint planning and review sessions.
- Performed test drives with various vehicles (X5, i7 M60, Cooper S, etc.) for connected functionality verification and supported business deliveries.
Retailer Support
- Supported 3,000 cases from all 60 BMW and MINI retailers across Canada relating to MyBMW, MINI App, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and ConnectedDrive troubleshooting.
- Resolved 104 high-escalation workshop cases and closely collaborated with workshop personnel to deliver faster resolution times.
- Led training sessions for new product launches, representing the organization.
Cross-country collaboration
- Created and managed all connected portal test cases according to specifications, and closely worked with BMW North America and BMW AG teams.
- Supported requests from the customer interaction support team in the U.S. for Canadian customer complaints relating to V2X support, serving as the SPOC.
- Teamed up with teams in the US and Germany for early defect resolution, testing in-vehicle solutions, resolving critical defects, and regression testing.
