• Working as SME between Business users (PwC Canada) and PWC Global for the rollout of SAP Professional Services since Business is moving from Oracle Financial Services to SAP
• Leading the Testing Team across functional Areas (FI, MM,SD).

• Involved in analysis and development Manual Journal upload tool which was designed to post Accounting and Reversal documents after validation and sending notifications via workflows.

• Did ABAP Support to the SAP landscape, which included 900+ interfaces, 60 Terra Bytes of Data, 9000+ Business users, different SAP Modules – SAP Core, Retail, APO, BW, RMCA, CRM, Net weaver, GTS etc. The main tasks include Analysis, Issue Resolution, Bug Fixes, Unit Testing, and Performance Testing etc.
• Created wrapper programs for Clearing of workflows.
• Supported the Black Friday & various new product launches, which include iPhone 5, 5c, 5s and iPad and large data volumes.
• OSS Note implementations, Support Pack Upgrades, coordinating with different teams like Basis, Functional Team, Business Users & other Legacy Systems.
• The main tasks involved Requirement Analysis, Design, Coding, Code reviews, Prepare technical specifications, IT & UAT Support, etc.
• Did the additional responsibility of mentoring the new joiners in the team, was the Configuration Controller of the project, and faced an external audit for the project during this time.
