• Transport Beef, Lamb, Pork Carcasses and finished boxed meat product to our retail stores and our customers between the areas of Camperdown, Melbourne, Ballarat, Geelong and Surf Coast and Colac areas.

• Collect and verify delivery instructions

• Manoeuvre trucks into loading or unloading positions .

Ensure Quality Assurance standards are followed, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain truck cleanliness inside and out to Primesafe standards at the end of each shift.

• Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
