• Monitored and enforced compliance to ensure that legal obligations were met during construction
• Liaised with client inspectors (North River Midstream), worked with Mur-Cal Foremen on reporting and clean-up of spills and ROW housekeeping, and ensured activities complied with environmental regulations and approval conditions.
• Monitored construction activities, advised field crews, monitored USM/topsoil grubbing and mulching for proper soil handling execution within ROW boundaries, and monitored erosion and sediment control devices.
• Reviewed and audited environmental documentation such as cleaning logs and tailgates, completed weekly yard inspections, and assisted the Environmental Coordinator in developing the watercourse and wetland Crossing plan.
• Assisted in clearing to ensure the Old Growth Management Area was not trespassed, clearing per the Environmental Management Plan, a plan for maintaining the WHA, Fisher Habitat, established around environmentally sensitive areas.

• Coordinated logistics of mobilizing and de-mobilizing Aboriginal participants promptly
• Ensured Aboriginal participants had appropriate safety tickets and completed onboarding activities before beginning work on the RoW
• Coordinated and scheduled activities with the Aboriginal participants during construction
• Acted as a liaison between the Environmental Inspector/Construction Manager to ensure effective communication
• Aided Aboriginal participants in completing timesheets and acted as the point of contact for the RoW; Assisting Aboriginal Participants in completing daily and weekly reports; reviewed progress updates and addressed any chance finds as outlined in the contingency plans and worked with the ACPP Lead and Indigenous Relations (IR)
• Reviewed the Environmental Protection Plan and observed and reviewed environmental mitigations progressed, and potential deficiencies were reported to the Environmental Inspector.
• Has reviewed culturally sensitive areas and reported to ensure compliance.

Environmental Monitor/Traditional Land Use Assessment

Archeology Assistant, TEK studies, TLU studies for my community on various studies that needed community participation, assisted in writing the TLU, Organized initial environmental monitoring, and subsequent reporting of findings. I upheld a positive leadership role amongst my peers while working as part of many different crews throughout my pipeline career. Amphibian/Bird sweeps, salvage and relocation.

• Directed all aspects of operations, including human resources, marketing, budgeting, utilization review, cost control, continuous quality improvement, resident/family/community relations, and risk management/safety
• Developed human resource policies, procedures, training, and recruitment programs for volunteers and paid staff members to ensure positive guest experience and company growth
• Responsible for financial stability and development of growth strategies for multiple revenue streams, including grant funding, retail, venue attendance, facility event rental, and tenant lease programs.

• Observed and reviewed all facets of pipeline construction
• The program was intensive and rewarding, providing insight into the EPP, mitigation procedures for the construction process, and a thorough review of environmentally sensitive areas
• The ACPP crew observed all aspects of the Pipeline Construction process to ensure compliance with the environment, mitigation, and due diligence of the contractor for my community of Kelly Lake, British Columbia.

• Monitored construction activity within the Pembina pipeline through daily reporting and completing wildlife screening surveys for at-risk species
• Observed efforts, including compliance with applicable legislation and reporting to the Pembina Environmental Lead
• Ensured signage was in place for water crossings and reviewed reclamation procedures, wildlife habitat, and culturally significant areas.
