- Observe Furnace flame/ FD Fan operation.

• Maintained safety conditions and standards in facility.
• Carefully Loosened, tightened & replaced bolts (with correct thread, torque and evenly tighten bolt patterns).
• Boiler Refractory inspection & cleaning of fire tube furnace.
• Safety Valve Maintenance (Replacement of Flanges, gaskets and valves for Dearator, boiler and plant steam distribution line).
• Boiler/Auxiliary equipment man hole cover gasket replacement
• Repair and replace bearings & shafts (measure, file/sand, apply anti-cease/grease, replace grease nipples/bearing housings).
• Serviced gearboxes (change seals, chain, sprocket, oil etc).
• Pump belt replacement.
• Conveyor belt and motor mount adjustment.
• Hoist Operation.
• Motor & gearbox Replacement/Maintenance (replace lovejoy coupling, compare gear ratio/rpms, clean cooling fan fins etc).
• Use of Sealants when required (Teflon tape, pipe dope gasket maker).
