Chief Technology Officer

• Developed and implemented technology strategies to meet business objectives.
• Led strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability and company growth.
• Built and managed multiple websites, with a focus on administrative portals and user interface efficiency.

Head of Marketing and Media Production.

• Directed digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, social media and website optimization.
• Managed creative teams responsible for developing content such as blog posts, videos or infographics that support overall marketing objectives.
• Created engaging content for multiple social media platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Executive Producer on multiple live television broadcasts.

Senior Vice President.

• Managed nationwide infrastructure in the youth sports and event space.
• Developed new policies and procedures to increase efficiency in all departments.
• Led cross-functional teams in the implementation of innovative projects across multiple divisions.
• Directly involved and responsible for company growth and innovation.

• Provided crisis management when necessary by intervening when a child exhibited challenging behaviors that put him and herself or others at risk.
• Assisted in the development of Individual Education Plans.
• Provided direct instruction and support to children with autism spectrum disorder in individual and group settings.
• Participated in meetings with school personnel or other professionals involved in the care of the client.
