Gaku Yokoyama

I have over four years of experience in customer service at a yakiniku restaurant and more than a year working for a mobile phone company. These roles have allowed me to hone my communication skills and build strong relationships with customers. Recognizing the importance of providing excellent service in multiple languages, I decided to come to this country from Japan last month to challenge myself further. My goal is to refine my skills and become proficient in delivering seamless customer service not only in Japanese but also in English.
