- Taking leadership and assisting the bylaw department as a vehicle coordinator for many months.
- Taking lead and training new officers pertaining to the Community Patrol Officer job.
- Responding to complaints from the members of the public pertaining to homeless encampments in public spaces.
- Assisting the vulnerable homeless population by connecting them with the available resources and providing out reach options.
- Investigating Traffic Obstruction permits and issuing fines when appropriate.
- Investigating complaints from the members of the public such as noise complaints, dogs off leash, open liquor in a park, vendors selling in public spaces without permits etc.
- Patrolling public space such as parks, recreation centres, and town centres, including providing education and enforcement of bylaws relating to public spaces.
- Issuing many MTI and BEN notices for various bylaw related offences.
- Responding to inquiries and highly sensitive complaints from members of the public.
- Enforcing parking regulations through education and ticketing.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the community.
- Communicating and liaising with all levels of staff and other key stakeholders.
